8. Pathi Meenasanam (Half Fish Pose)










Sequence

1. Heels together, toes apart.
2. Lie down on the back.
3. Raise the chest, arching the back and resting the crown of the head on the floor. Hold.
4. Place the palms on the thighs and the elbows on the floor.
5. Slowly lower the back and relax.
