The following four booklets can be downloaded in pdf format by clicking on each one. For beginners we suggest that you start by reading the introduction. Then download Book One of Postures 1 to 6 and practice them until you can perform them fluently before downloading and perfecting Book Two of Postures 7 to 12 and Book Three of Postures 13 to 18.
